SkyFair Terms and Conditions — Official 18+ Play, One Person, One Account
SkyFair terms and conditions come down to four rules you agree to before your first bet: you are 18 or older, you hold one account, a bet counts only once it is matched, and passed funds or self-matched bets get voided. Read them here first. The official login screen links the same Terms and Conditions page under the form.
SkyFair Official Rule One: 18+ Only, One Account Each
Age first. SkyFair accepts players aged 18 and above, and nobody younger; the login screen even carries a separate Underage Policy link beside Self-Exclusion and KYC.
One person gets one SkyFair account. A second ID opened under a friend's name, or a spare one kept for a different address, breaks that rule, and in practice it tends to surface when the operator looks at who is logging in from where and with which balance, so keep a single username and use it on whichever official address happens to be open that day.
SkyFair Withdrawal Terms: Available Balance, Secure KYC
Only your available balance can leave a SkyFair account. Available means balance minus exposure, so money tied up in open bets stays put until those markets settle. A withdrawal may also need KYC, which is why the KYC link sits on the official login page.
- ₹100minimum withdrawal on the desk notice
- KYCmay be asked before a payout
- 24/7desk support
Worked example, roughly: if a SkyFair wallet shows ₹1,000 and ₹400 is sitting as exposure on a live cricket market, then ₹600 is what a withdrawal request can cover right now, and the remaining ₹400 only frees up after settlement. Requests go through the SkyFair ID desk on WhatsApp.

SkyFair Terms and Conditions, Trusted Reading Order
Most questions about the SkyFair terms and conditions land on one of a few lines, so they sit together below.
Which SkyFair rule decides a disputed bet
A bet stands once it shows as confirmed, or matched, on your SkyFair screen. Open Bets lists it under Matched bets with Bet Info and Average Odds.
Settlement follows official results. Not a screenshot, not a commentary feed.
Repeated logins from different IPs or through a masking service can lead to void bets and a suspended SkyFair account.
Passing of funds and self-matching are voided, and the rules allow that within 1 week of placement. Your personal data is covered separately in the SkyFair privacy policy.
SkyFair Matched Bets, Live Prices and the Login IP Rule
Placing a stake is not the same as having a bet. On SkyFair, the exchange counts your back or lay only after it is matched, and an unmatched request can still sit there while prices move live on cricket, soccer, tennis or basketball.
Unmatched on SkyFair? Then nothing is staked yet.
Results come from the official source for each market, and every SkyFair settlement, whether exchange, bookmaker or fancy, follows that official result rather than anything shown mid-match. On SkyFair, switching networks a lot is the other trap (an IP-hiding app left running counts too), because frequent logins from different IPs can void bets and suspend the account.
SkyFair Safe Play: Passed Funds and Self-Matching Voided
Two practices get bets cancelled on SkyFair. Passing of funds is moving value from one account to another through bets; self-matching is backing and laying the same selection against yourself. Both are voided, and the rules give SkyFair up to 1 week after placement to do it, so a winning slip from that kind of play is probably not safe to count on.
Hard to argue with, really.
Limits such as deposit caps, loss limits and time-outs are covered on the SkyFair responsible gaming page, and upline staff who sign in on the separate ag. address can read about it on the SkyFair agent login page.
